  • Why is my fuel card not working?

    The reasons why a card does not work may be due to:

    1. Forgotten or wrong PIN code
    2. Exceeded card limit
    3. Damaged or worn card
    4. Temporary system error
    5. Card might be restricted for purchases for a specific product

    No, unfortunately Fuel Cards cannot be used in conjunction with the Circle K Extra fuel discounts which includes 1c, 2c, and 3c off per litre of fuel.

  • I can't remember my login for the Customer Portal​
  • What should I do if I blocked my PIN?

    No need for you to do anything, your PIN will automatically unblock at 9am next working day .

    If you can't remember your PIN, please contact customer service at info@circlekcard.ie or call 1800 323233 or +353 91 482900 who will arrange a replacement to be sent by post.

  • What should I do if I havent received my PIN?

    If you have received your fuelcard in the past few days, you will receive your PIN shortly. Both are posted on different days for security purposes. Please allow up to 7 working days for your PIN to arrive.

  • How do I change my PIN?​

    It is possible to change your PIN from the one assigned to you. 

    Please contact us for details and locations where this can be done.

    In order to change the address, contact details or card dispatch address, please e-mail info@circlekcard.ie.

    In order to change the legal entity, contact your account manager or e-mail request to info@circlekcard.ie, and we’ll make the changes.

  • How can I pay for my purchase?

    The funds to the Circle K Corporate Gift card account can be added by bank transfer.
     

    You can:
    - Generate proforma invoice in the Circle K Corporate Gift card account. This invoice will contain payment reference.
    - Use the payment reference provided for the funds to be transferred to your Circle K Corporate Gift card account.
     
    There are three ways how to place your Circle K Gift card order:
    - Transfer the desired amount to Circle K Gift card account first.
    Wait for funds to arrive. Once the available funds balance is updated, every Circle K Gift card order that is placed within the available funds will be processed and cards activated. Cards are now ready to be used.

    - Transfer the desired amount to Circle K Gift card account first. You can place the order while waiting for the funds.  Until the funds are updated on the account all orders placed will be in status “Draft”.  Customer can activate all “Draft” orders when funds are available in Circle K Corporate Gift card account. Cards are now ready to be used.


    Place the Circle K Gift card order first, if there are no funds on the account the order will be saved as “Draft”. You can transfer the exact or higher amount via bank transfer to your Circle K Corporate Gift card account. Once the funds are updated you can activate the “Draft” order. Cards are now ready to be used.

  • What is the difference between Single Delivery and Bulk delivery orders? 

    The key distinction between Single Delivery and Bulk Delivery orders is in how we handle the delivery process.


    When you opt for Single Delivery, each Circle K Gift Card will be sent to you in its own separate email. In this option you can also choose different amounts per receiver. 


    On the other hand, if you select the Bulk Delivery option, you'll receive a file containing several Circle K Gift Cards that you can distribute as needed. In this option you can only choose one gift card value for all cards.


    You can use either the Single Delivery or Bulk Delivery options when personalizing Circle K Gift Cards.

  • Can I change the recipient contact details on cards that are already purchased?

    You can update the recipient's contact details, including the email address where the Circle K Gift card will be sent. To make this change, please follow these steps: 

    1. Log into the Circle K Corporate Gift card account. You can do it here.

    2. Go to the “Order dashboard”

    3. Click on the order you want to edit. 

    4. Click on the icon in the “Action” section. 

    5. Select the Circle K Gift card out of the list of cards. 

    6. Edit recipient information.

  • How can I buy a Circle K Gift card? 

    If you're buying a Circle K Gift card for the first time:
    1. Please sign up for an account here.
    2. If you already have an existing account: Log in using your credentials here.
     
    To purchase a Circle K Gift card, follow these steps:
    1. Visit the Circle K Gift card page here.
    2. Click on the "Buy a card" tab.
    3. You will be redirected to the Circle K Corporate Gift card account for card ordering and other operations.
     
    To order your Circle K Gift card through the Circle K Corporate Gift card portal:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Click on the "Create new order" button.
    3. You have two options for ordering:
    a) Single Delivery
    b) Bulk Delivery


    The digital Circle K Gift card will be delivered to the recipient's email address, which should be provided during the ordering process.
