  • How do I get a copy of my invoice?​

    You can easily produce an invoice copy in the Customer Portal!

    You can easily stop your card in the Customer Portal - log in here!

  • Why is my fuel card not working?

    The reasons why a card does not work may be due to:

    1. Forgotten or wrong PIN code
    2. Exceeded card limit
    3. Damaged or worn card
    4. Temporary system error
    5. Card might be restricted for purchases for a specific product

  • What should I do if I blocked my PIN?

    No need for you to do anything, your PIN will automatically unblock at 9am next working day .

    If you can't remember your PIN, please contact customer service at info@circlekcard.ie or call 1800 323233 or +353 91 482900 who will arrange a replacement to be sent by post.

  • Do all Circle K Stations accept Circle K Gift Cards?

    Most of the stations on our network can accept Circle K Gift Cards, our Circle K Express sites do not sell or accept Circle K Gift Cards. You can find a list of participating stations here.

    The receiver of the Circle K Gift Card will see an 'Add to wallet' button, when Circle K Gift card arrives in their e-mail. Click on the button and the card is added to their e-wallet.

    No, unfortunately Fuel Cards cannot be used in conjunction with the Circle K Extra fuel discounts which includes 1c, 2c, and 3c off per litre of fuel.

    Yes, you can select and purchase Circle K Gift Cards which are related to the specific product category. Visit the Circle K Corporate Gift card account to explore all options.

    1. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Your Password” and enter your Customer ID and e-mail address to reset the password.

  • Will switching to milesBIO HVO100 affect vehicle performance?

    Not at all. HVO100 is engineered to perform just like traditional diesel, providing the same power and efficiency. It’s even better in some cases, offering improved cold-weather performance due to its high cetane number, which is 70+ compared to fossil diesel which is minimum 51. As well as lower emissions, high cetane results in a short ignition delay, less engine wear, and more complete combustion.

    You can view your available funds on the Circle K Corporate Gift Card site. To access this information, please follow these steps: 

    1. Log into the Circle K Corporate Gift Card site here.

    2. Available account funds will be seen on the left side of the selection bar, next to the “Account details” section.

  • What should I do if I havent received my PIN?

    If you have received your fuelcard in the past few days, you will receive your PIN shortly. Both are posted on different days for security purposes. Please allow up to 7 working days for your PIN to arrive.
