Expanding our European Network

Circle K has completed the acquisition of the Total Energies station network in four new countries - Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg adding nearly 2200 stores and almost doubling our presence in Europe. In the short-term Circle K will run the stations while Total Energies will still have their name on the forecourt and the fuel offer. We plan to upgrade and rebrand these stations on a continuous basis to Circle K, offering the same great offers and customer experience as at our other Circle K stations across Europe.

Good news for international business customers

The deal brings together two large fleet card providers who combined will now have a very substantial European footprint, so we look forward to bringing an improved network offering to all those business customers with international requirements.
